Canadian election 06 towards informed Arab and Muslim voting!!

Canadian federal election is looming in the very near future. I received emails and flyers encouraging me to vote for x or z. I am not eligible to vote in this election. However, I try to observe it and understand how the whole thing is working here.
Arab and Muslim communities as well as other communities try to organize their vote and help voters with some clues to make their minds, it is a good thing. Nevertheless, I think they need to start to get involved not only as voters but also as canadian candidates
